The benefits of Pilates are endless. It helps increase the flexibility of the joints and spine, recover from an injury, regain strength & flexibility, improve the posture and reduce the risk of aches & pains, also postnatal. You will start to feel more aware of your body almost straight away.

Group Pilates classes at our studio in Hemel Hempstead. Suitable for all fitness levels, these exercises are layered up to suit everyone whilst making them safe and effective. Classes combine various techniques using equipment or bodyweight to engage and challenge different muscle groups, and most importantly keep it FUN!

Once you have made a booking, you will receive a Zoom class access link and password. 
You can download Zoom for free. 

1-2-1 PILATES CLASSES

Private Mat or Reformer Pilate classes are great for beginners, or if you suffer with any injuries we will tailor the content to your needs. These will take place at our studio in Hemel Hempstead at a time that suits you.

Studio Safety Measures at Live Well Pilates

  • Please use the hand gel provided on arrival/exit.

  • Please bring your own mat to class. 

  • Classes are kept small with socially distanced mats.

  • All areas and equipment used have been sanitised before and after use.

  • Windows will stay open to provide constant fresh airflow. 

  • If you feel unwell or have been in contact with a positive Covid case then please do not attend the class that week.

  • If you have any concerns at all please do contact me to discuss. 

Victoria’s pilates classes have improved my general fitness and allowed me more active with other sports I enjoy doing. The classes are a good mix of easy to more difficult exercises… but always in a fun and relaxed environment!
